Rider needs to present a valid Driving License at the time of picking up the vehicle. Original ID proof (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card or Passport) needs to be submitted at the time of pick up.

Timings are 9 A.M to 9 P.M and if delayed then next day rent will be applied And if bike is returned before the rent tenure then the rent amount will not be refunded.

IF ANY DAMAGE OR ACCIDENT CAUSED TO THE VEHICLE WHILE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CUSTOMER, THE DAMAGE COST LIABLE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER

This is to say that I am aware of the risks involved in biking, which is organized/provided by Tapovan Bike Rentals and their associates. Acknowledging the services and attention to bike and gear rental provided by Tapovan Bike Rentals , I hereby agree: In the event of any injury or accident occurring due to the risks associated with biking activity, I understand that I or my family cannot make any legal claims or file a lawsuit against Tapovan Bike Rentals for any compensation.

According to the estimated time, I will return the bike, or if my rental period exceeds 7 days, I can request an extension. I will renew this MOU and settle the previous payment; otherwise, legal action may be taken against me, and it may be considered bike theft. I have read and understood the above statements carefully, and I agree to accept the rules and conditions voluntarily. I hereby sign this form as evidence of my consent to be bound by them.

• If found doing tripling in any of the rental scooty or bike, the vehicle shall be taken back anywhere anytime and deposited security will not be refunded back at any cause, the reason is whatever
• If the vehicle is returned late by the renter the next day charge will be applicable.
• If any support will be provided by the Tapovan  Bike Rentals that will be chargeable.
• If the renter drive the vehicle at night and any fault occurs in the vehicle there is no responsibility of Tapovan Bike Rentals and Team of Tapovan Bike Rentals.
• There is no responsibility of Tapovan Bike Rentals and the team of Tapovan Bike Rentals, if your vehicle got punctured or any other fault in riding the vehicle
• Kindly make proper video of the scooty/Bikes before taking a ride.
